2009 was such a fun, busy, crazy year that it was nice to look back and find my favorite pictures. Some months I barely snapped the shutter (those are the 1 picture months) and some months I took 200-300 pictures. Yikes! It's crazy to see how much these two kiddos of mine have changed in the past 12 months. =)
BTW, I totally stole this idea from Stephanie Howell.
January:
This was such a great trip!!! I'd drop everything and be there in a heartbeat {if someone else was paying the tab.}

February:

March:
This month was all about this little man and his first birthday!!

And we actually got a couple inches of snow. Dylan attempted to ride his tricycle in it. Boys....

Love this! As soon as I snapped it, I knew....

April:
A friend of mine offered to take some family pictures for us. I LOVE THEM!!!! I treasure each image but these are my faves. Thanks so much, Melissa!

Dylan is such a great big brother. I love the pictures I have of him helping Jackson. =)

May:
This handsome little man turned 5 this month. And he graduated from K4. My baby is growing up!

June:
Love it! {And yes, we don't get dressed much during the summer.}

July:
A less than stellar trip to the beach {stomach bugs are no fun on vacation!}

August:
First day of school - he was soooo excited!

September:
I went to my first AL football game. Roll Tide!

October:
Doesn't he make the most perfect Luigi? =)

And our little Yoshi {er, dinosaur.}

This boy. Sigh. I could write a whole blog just about this little man. He definitely challenges us as parents but he is such a sweet boy. I can only imagine what 2010 will hold for him. =)

This year's soccer season was kind of a bust with all the rain we had but Greg helped coach Dylan's team and when he decided to play they had lots of fun.

November:
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this picture. =)

December:
This is the face of a boy who got exactly what he wanted for Christmas {in fact it was the only thing he wanted - New Super Mario Bros. for the Wii.}

So typical of him - running around not even bothering to be still long enough to open his presents.

Two crazy cousins + the troublemaker in the background who's getting into something he shouldn't = fun at the grandparents.

I have no idea what he's looking at but I this is so him - doing one thing while focused on something else entirely different.

So that's our 2009 in {somewhat} short post. We had a pretty good year and can't wait to see what 2010 holds. Happy New Year!
