random-ness

I've actually had the energy and inspiration to scrap lately. Wahoo!!! I forget how much of a stress-reliever scrapping can be. There's a sketch challenge over at Scrap4Life and I used the January sketch to make this page:
I'm in the process of finishing up my 2007 calendar album. (This is the May page.) I love this album!!!! I used the Heidi Swapp calendar to create one layout for each month of the year. Love it!

Photography-wise I'm doing the 365 challenge. Basically, you take a picture a day for the entire year. I've gotten some great pictures that I normally never would've taken. It's a great challenge!!! Here are a few pictures I've taken for the challenge:
This 3rd picture would be my newest adventure. Last week, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Ugh! For the next 12 weeks, I will have eat a special diet (no sweets!) and monitor my glucose levels. Good times! It's totally worth it, though. =)

Finally, I leave you with the cutest baby outfit I've seen in a long time! My sweet friend, Paulette, sent me this last week. Isn't it adorable?! My husband totally doesn't get it, but I love it! Thanks girl!!
Edited to add: This adorable onesie is made by this company and you can buy it here. Thanks, Paulette! ;-)

Where in the world did Paulette find that? Too cute!

Love the 365 pictures you posted. I can't wait to see the rest of them. I'm so glad you told me about it. Like you, I'm really enjoying the process. I think it'll be neat to look back at the end of the year.

And super cute birthday page! Those (and Christmas) are the hardest pages to do. I've only done one of Emma's birthdays and I HATE it.

Awwww!!!! Love being mentioned on your blog--I feel special! I ordered the onesie from www.paperwishes.com, but the company that actually makes them is yellowfence.com, where they also have lots of other cute stuff...

I love the birthday page and the picture of Dylan looking up at you! Gotta go check out the 365 website...

Glad you're watching your glucose levels...eat lots of protein, whole grains, and sugar-free ice cream to keep up your strength! Anything the doctors tell you to do to stay healthy IS worth it!!!

I love seeing your layouts and pictures... I just love your style so much I always feel like running and being creative after I see your stuff :) That onsie is so cute... can't wait to see the little one who will fill it out! Good luck with the GD stuff, too.
